With a Master’s Degree in Social and Behavioural Science from University of Malaya, Lagu has dedicated his academic and professional career to unlocking the potential within organizations through a deep understanding of their cultures and behaviour’s. His commitment to academic rigor is evident in his numerous publications in international journals and news portals where he has shared insights that bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications in organizational behaviour and transformation.

Lagu is currently enriching his expertise through a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at the University of Malaya, ensuring he remains at the cutting edge of industry developments. His dedication to professional growth is further demonstrated by his attainment of a Train the Trainer certification, an essential credential that underscores his ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. He is now working toward an accreditation that will further solidify his standing as a thought leader in the field.
