With a rich background in the banking and financial sectors, beginning her career journey at OCBC Bank as a Trade Loan Officer, Kavesha honed critical skills in financial services and cultivated a deep understanding of customer relationship management. Her subsequent roles at Prudential Assurance Malaysia and AIA Malaysia, serving as a Customer Service Officer and Customer Contact Analyst, respectively, further reinforced her ability to decipher and meet client needs through strategic communication.
