Mr. Thomas Lim is a seasoned Continuous Improvement Technical Analyst, boasting a BA (Hons) in Public Administration and Management from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, obtained in 1983. His career, spanning over three decades in the oil palm industry, has endowed him with profound insights into land development, production management, replanting and advanced sustainability practices.
As a Continuous Improvement Technical Analyst at FNI, Thomas plays a pivotal role in guiding clients towards achieving superior sustainability standards. He focuses on optimizing material use, advancing waste and pollutant management, enhancing noise control, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, and implementing ethical foreign labour policies. His expertise also extends to advocating for and adhering to the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) guidelines, reinforcing his commitment to sustainable and responsible palm oil production.
